Following Guidance. We are strictly following guidance from the WHO (World Health Organization) and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

Reducing Risk. We are implementing the following measures to further reduce the risk of spreading the virus:

1. Zero contact service appointments.

2. Our technicians will take extra precaution when entering a work site, including:

• Every plumber will wear PPE (face mask, gloves, and shoe covers)

• New drop cloths are used on every job

• Inquiring with customers if they have any symptoms of illness

• Enhanced cleanup practices

Screening Calls. We screen every call prior to going to a work site to ensure the safety of all of our customers and technicians.
